Technical training centre

The role of the Technical Training Centre is to provide specialised industry related training to employees, contractors and other relevant personnel. Training Coordinators design and deliver training programmes/courses in the Technical Training Centre to enhance and develop the technical competence level required in the organisation.

Cost of calls

The cost of contacting Gas Networks Ireland by phone changed on 1st December 2019.

Calls made to Gas Networks Ireland using a 1800 prefix are free for callers to call.

For calls using other prefixes, check the mobile or landline package that you have with your telephone/ mobile operator.

 

Gas Networks Ireland previously used 1850 numbers for most of its customer contact numbers. In January 2022, most 1850 numbers were terminated as a result of a decision made by Comreg who are the Communications Regulator in Ireland. Gas Networks Ireland has replaced its 1850 customer contact numbers with 1800 numbers which are free for the caller to call.
