Secretariat Analyst
Reporting to the Company Secretary, the main purpose of the Secretariat Analyst is to ensure corporate policy documents are reviewed on a regular basis and comply with governance and legislative requirements.
Regulatory Analyst
The Regulatory Analyst is a supporting role to the Regulatory & Efficiency Lead assisting in the delivery the relevant Price Controls lookback process and future submissions and the Business Partnering & Planning Teams with efficiency, month end reporting and budget processes.
Business Partnering Analyst
The Business Partnering analyst is a key member of the GNI Finance Business Partnering Team, supporting the management of the operational performance of the GNI business. Reporting directly into the Operations Business Partner, this role will be focused on the COO, CLO and CFO areas of the Business, supporting the provision of high-quality advice, information, analysis and interpretation to the Business to underpin effective decision making, meaningful performance management, particularly for capital, maintenance and innovative delivering areas.
EAC Statutory Reporting Lead
Reporting to the Statutory Reporting Manager, the Expenditure Governance & Statutory Reporting Lead will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of high-quality expenditure decisions, through the effective operation of the Gas Networks Ireland Expenditure Approval Committee (“EAC”). In addition, the position will have a key role in the delivery of Gas Networks Ireland’s statutory, annual report and IFRS governance deliverables.
Siteworks Fitter
The Asset Operations function within Gas Networks Ireland is responsible for the construction, operations and maintenance of the Transmission and Distribution networks, executing all field work safely and efficiently in line with all relevant legislation, standards, industry codes and practices. The Services Team within Service Delivery is responsible for managing all meter related work such as customer connections and relocations, meter maintenance, replacement, and decommissioning. Reporting to the Siteworks Supervisor, the Siteworks Fitter will conduct all work in the field including customer connect/relocate, maintain, replacement, and decommission. The siteworks fitter will use Maximo, Click and Syclo applications to manage their end to end work process.
Regulatory & Efficiency Lead
The Regulatory and Efficiency Lead will be located close to the Business to support the provision of high-quality advice, information, analysis and interpretation to the Business to underpin the delivery of PC5/6 and efficiency and performance improvement. Reporting to the Business Partnering & Planning Manager, the role will provide strategic advice and guidance to management on the identification, tracking and reporting of PC5/6 and GT22/27 Regulatory and efficiency performance.
